Booking and Cancellation Policy for 2010

For 2010 we will be simplifying our booking procedure, rather than asking for a minimum of 20% as a deposit we will require a minimum of $100USD be paid per person to secure the booking.

• A US$100 per person non-refundable Deposit is required within 7 days of the invoice being issued in order for us to maintain your booking. If after 7 days, we have not received your deposit, the booking will automatically be deleted.

• The remainder of the invoice must be paid in full 60 days prior to guest arrival.  For bookings taken within 60 days, 100% of the invoice must be paid to secure the booking.

Cancellations:

• More than 30 Days prior to your arrival on resort – Deposit Forfeited.

• Less than 30 Days prior to your arrival on the resort – Full sum forfeited.

Special circumstances may be reviewed at the discretion of the Management.
