We offer a unique dining and culinary experience at NAD with a healthy combination of International and Indonesian cuisine. Our clubhouse is a spacious restaurant and lounge area designed in the local tradition using all natural products sourced locally and built by master craftsmen from north Sulawesi.

The restaurant encompasses a large area perfect for dining in a large group. We find this a perfect way for our guests from around the world to sit together during meal times and swap fish tales and stories of the day. For those who are looking for a little more privacy, we can spread the tables out to give a romantic candlelight dinner.

There is 24 hour a day coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available along with fresh hot or cold water. Meals are served buffet style with a variety of meat and vegetable dishes to satisfy everyone’s palate. If you have any special requests we are certainly open to ideas and will do our best to source it. Our head chef Yaya shops in the local market daily to ensure we have the freshest food available every meal. We also carry a variety of sweet or savoury snacks such as chocolate and peanuts for snack time. A variety of cold soft drinks are available upon request.
