Emma- Quick to smile and quite the chatterbox, Emma splits her time between the restaurant and looking after the guest rooms (as well as talking on her phone…) Emma is happy to talk about her home region and local customs with all of our guests and enjoys practicing English and teaching Bahasa Indonesian.	Suri-  Suri has been working at NAD for several years and splits her time between the restaurant and cleaning rooms.  Suri has excellent English skills and is always working hard to look after everyone’s needs, she's very shy though and it takes a while to get her to open up!

Kitchen

Yaya- Our talented Head Chef. Yaya has spent many years working in and around Lembeh at a variety of resorts in the area. She runs a tight kitchen and helps the team create a stunning variety of fresh and flavourful food. Yaya spends each morning shopping in Bitung sourcing the freshest foods available for our daily menu.

Lucy- Second Chef Lucy is on location from day to night, breakfast to dessert. In charge of the kitchen when Yaya is away, Lucy has a creative culinary mind and enjoys adding a little spice to the food.

Rosali- Our staff chef and general all around cook, Rosali can be found in the kitchen at all times of the day and night helping to create a great dining experience for our guests.

Marce- Marce splits her time between working in the laundry area and helping out with food preparation. Quick with a smile behind her shy persona, if you hear loud laughter around the resort, its probably Marce!

Nina- Head of our laundry department, Nina ensures all of our guests receive freshly pressed sheets and towels on a daily basis. 

Wawu- Wawu is our head purchaser, she visits all of the markets in Bitung every morning to buy all of the fresh ingredients that we prepare for our guests.

Rima-  Rima is the newest member of our kitchen staff and she also helps out in the restaurant and cleaning rooms.
