Location
SCOOT operates direct flights from Singapore to Manado four times a week. From Jakarta and Bali there are several flights daily. From Manado airport it’s around 45–60 minutes by car and boat to NAD-Lembeh Resort on Lembeh Island.
Documents & Vaccinations
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your entry date into Indonesia, and you’ll need an onward or return ticket. Malaria prophylaxis is not required in North Sulawesi.
Dining
Supplies are purchased daily and all food is prepared fresh on site. If you have special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance — we can accommodate almost anything with enough notice. Meals are served at a long communal table, which is a great way to get to know fellow guests, but private tables are available on request. Special occasion dinners can also be arranged.
Dive Boats
Our dive boats are equipped with numbered towels, water, tea, coffee, snacks, a first aid kit, GPS, camera rinse tanks, emergency oxygen, and a toilet — plus two of the best crew you’ll find anywhere in the Strait. Cold soft drinks are available on request from the cool box. All boats are non-smoking inside; smokers are welcome on the roof, so bring sun cream. We do not anchor on dive sites and do not carry anchors on our boats as standard.
First Aid & EFR Training
All boat crew and dive guides are trained in first aid and refreshed annually. We use SSI training materials and have two resuscitation dolls on site. Staff from other areas of the resort are also regularly included in training sessions.
Bar
Our resort bar stocks international-standard spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails, with fresh herbs sourced from our on-site greenhouse. Pull up a stool and watch the sun go down over the Lembeh Strait.
WiFi
We have Starlink — fast and reliable throughout the resort.
Film & Video Projects
NAD-Lembeh has the largest inventory of filming equipment in the region, boats purpose-built for photography and video, and dive guides who are all proficient in underwater photography. If you’re planning a film or content project in the Lembeh Strait, get in touch.
We’re Here to Listen
If something isn’t to your liking, please tell us when it happens — it’s the only way we can fix it. Simon, Zee, Sam, and the whole NAD team are always available and always listening. Telling us at checkout is too late; telling us on the day means we can do something about it.
